The Little Green Sheep offers Free Delivery on all orders over £70, to mainland UK addresses.. Orders to addresses outside the UK mainland and international orders will incur a delivery charge (detailed below).

Stock permitting, delivery to UK mainland address is normally within 5 working days, however please allow up to 14 days. If the item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimate of a new delivery date or alternatively you have the option to cancel your order entirely. If you wish cancel an order, you are required to follow the policy and procedure stated in the “cancelling an order” section of the Terms and Conditions.
Order goods are normally despatched using Royal Mail (standard service). Once your order has been accepted by us, we will contact you to inform you when your order goods have been despatched and an estimated arrival date. This date can be re-arranged if it is inconvenient for you.
Upon receipt of order goods, we recommend that you carefully inspect each product and do not accept and sign if the goods are damaged. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order or you return the goods in accordance to our Returns policy and procedure stated in the Terms and Conditions. If you have not received all of your order goods within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us to let us know (orders@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk)
Risk of loss
Risk in the goods will pass on to you upon delivery.
Returns
The Little Green Sheep offer a 30 day “no quibbles” guarantee. This means that if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund if you return the item in its original condition (sealed and unopened), within 30 days from the date you received delivery. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. When returning your goods, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and will only refund the costs of postage if the item returned is faulty.
We are only able to accept an item after it has been opened if it is proven faulty, and cannot provide a refund for goods purchased over one month or that have been used or damaged. However, exchanges will be offered whenever possible.
