The Little Green Sheep (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) recommend that you (any person visiting the site and/or placing an order with us) spend some time to read through all of our Terms and Conditions and familiarise yourself with all of our policies and procedures. By accessing, using or purchasing from the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Privacy

We are committed at The Little Green Sheep to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a more personalised shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. If you do not wish to receive any promotional information from us, please notify us when placing the order, or at any other time by contacting us by email, telephone or post.

3. Security

All payments are processed securely through Protex and our website uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure absolute safety.

4. Orders

Placing an order

You can place an order online or alternatively by email, post or telephone. To place an order online, you will be guided and instructed through a number of simple steps on the website. Throughout the ordering process, you have the option to review, amend or cancel the order at any time before submitting the order. Once the order has been submitted and confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgement of the order including the details and value of the order. This is not an order acceptance from The Little Green Sheep.

Unless we notify you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance to our Cancellation section of the Terms and Conditions, then acceptance of your order and completion of contract between The Little Green Sheep and you will take place upon dispatch of your ordered goods. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then you are required to follow the returns policy and procedure stated in the returns section of the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) up to the point of dispatch of your ordered goods. After this period, you will be required to follow the returns policy and procedure stated and outlined in the Returns section of the Terms and Conditions. If you wish to cancel your order before the order goods have been dispatched, simply email us at orders@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk quoting your reference or invoice number and “cancellation of order” as the subject heading. Payment

Payments can be made online and over the telephone by using a credit or debit cards only. Alternatively, you can post a sterling cheque made payable to Jennons Limited. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ section for the correct postal address. For payments by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until all funds have been cleared.

Title of goods

We retain legal ownership of your ordered goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership immediately reverts back to us if we refund any such payment to you.

5. Delivery

All products on our website fit into one of three categories, which are priced according to the key below. Your delivery cost will be priced depending on which category the items you have ordered fall into. This is clearly stated on the product page.

UK Delivery Charges 

Light -  £4.95, in stock items within 1-2 working days    

Bulky - £9.95, in stock items within 1-2 working days (excluding furniture)           

Republic of Ireland Delivery Charges

Light:            £19.95, in stock items within 10 working days                     

Bulky:            £70, in stock items within 10 working days (excluding furniture)

Dispatch

All in stock items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Light items are usually sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Bulky items (e.g. cot mattresses) are dispatched via courier and a Little Green Sheep advisor will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If you would like, we can arrange a delivery date as far ahead as 6 months from the day of purchase . Upon dispatch, we will supply you with a unique tracking code so you can track and trace your parcel´s whereabouts. All nursery furniture (excluding moses baskets) are supplied direct from the manufacturer, in the form of either delivery only (Bulky). Once your order has been confirmed, an advisor will contract you to confirm a delivery date, usually within 2-6 weeks.

In the case of an out of stock item, an advisor will contact you to provide an availability date. This is usually around 14 working days from the day of purchase. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will have the option to cancel your order entirely. If you wish cancel an order, you are required to follow the policy and procedures stated in the “cancelling an order” section of these terms and conditions.

For custom made orders please check that the dimensions/traces you are required to provide us are as accurate as possible, as this is the template we will us to make your product from. Once you have received your custom made product, our usual refund policy does not apply and products therefore can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Risk of goods will pass on to you upon dispatch.

Arrival

Upon receipt of your goods, we recommend that you carefully inspect each product and do not open or use the product if you are in any way unsatisfied. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order or wish to return the goods in accordance to our Returns policy and procedures stated in the terms and conditions. 6. Returns

The Little Green Sheep offers a 30 day back guarantee (excluding Izzywotnot furniture). This means that if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you return the item in its original saleable condition (sealed and unopened for mattresses); within 30 days from the date you received delivery. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. When returning your goods, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and will only refund the costs of postage if the item returned is faulty.

We are only able to accept an item after it has been opened if it is proven faulty, and cannot provide a refund for goods purchased over one month or that have been used or damaged. Please be sure that you are entirely satisfied with the product before signing the acceptence form.

Furniture

´Non-faulty´ Izzywotnot furniture can be returned 7 days after delivery, however the goods must not be unpacked or assembled. If you have paid for the goods to be assembled, ´non-faulty´ goods cannot be returned.

We hope that there aren´t any problems with your furniture purchase, however if in the case you wish to return ´faulty´ goods, please contact Izzywotnot customer services on 0161 8301919 within 28 days of receipt of the goods, to arrange for the goods to be returned/inspected.

7. Product descriptions, specifications and images

Please note that whilst we take care to ensure that all of the products images, descriptions and specification are correct at the time of going to press, variations may occur in comparison to actual product. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or edit any products, materials or content on this website.

8. Prices

We are a VAT registered company and all prices indicated for products are inclusive VAT. Delivery charges will incur a VAT charge. Prices online and on all written materials are subject to change.

9. Purchase related policies

The products available on this site are for personal use only. You are not permitted to sell or resell any of the products you purchase, without permission from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

10. Online account

You warrant that all personal information provided upon registration of account is true, accurate and current in all respects. You are responsible for ensuring that all of your personal information is kept up to date and accurate. You agree no to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name that you are not authorised to us.

All of your personal details can be updated online. To cancel your account, please contact us via email info@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk or post writing to confirm that you wish to close the account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if you have violated the Terms and Conditions.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content of any websites or off-site pages linked to or from our website.

All names, logos and images identifying The Little Green Sheep and our products are the property of Jennons Limited and is subject to the copyright and/or registered trade mark of Jennons Limited.
