We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. Orders
Placing an Order
You can place an order online or alternatively by telephone. To place an order online, you will be guided and instructed through a number of simple steps on the website. Throughout the ordering process, you have the option to review, amend and about the order at any time before submitting the order. Once the order has been submitted and confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgement of the order including the details and value of the order. This is not an order acceptance from The Little Green Sheep. As well as this, you will receive an additional email confirming the amount based on your order value that will be donated to the National Childbirth Trust (NCT).
Unless we notify you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance to our Cancellation section of the Terms and Conditions, then acceptance of your order and completion of contract between The Little Green Sheep and you will take place upon despatch of your order goods. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatch to you from us, then you are required to follow the returns policy and procedure stated in the Returns section of the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) up to the point up to despatch of the order goods. After this period, you will be required to follow the returns policy and procedure stated an outlined in the Returns section of the Terms and Conditions. If you wish to cancel your order before the order goods have been despatched, simply email us at returns@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk quoting your reference or invoice number and “cancellation of order” as the subject heading. Payment
Payments can be made online by using a credit or debit card only. Alternatively, if you wish to order via telephone, you can pay with a sterling cheque made payable to Jennons Limited. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ section for the correct postal address. For payments by cheque, goods will not be despatched until all funds have been cleared.
Title to goods
We retain legal ownership of the order goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership immediately reverts back to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Delivery
The Little Green Sheep offers Free Delivery on all orders over £70, to mainland UK addresses... Orders to addresses outside the UK mainland and international orders will incur a delivery charge (detailed below).

Stock permitting, delivery to UK mainland address is normally within 5 working days, however please allow up to 14 days. If the item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimate of a new delivery date or alternatively you have the option to cancel your order entirely. If you wish cancel an order, you are required to follow the policy and procedure stated in the “cancelling an order” section of the Terms and Conditions.
Order goods are normally despatched using Royal Mail (standard service). Once your order has been accepted by us, we will contact you to inform you when your order goods have been despatched and an estimated arrival date. This date can be re-arranged if it is inconvenient for you.
Upon receipt of order goods, we recommend that you carefully inspect each product and do not accept and sign if the goods are damaged. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order or you return the goods in accordance to our Returns policy and procedure stated in the Terms and Conditions. If you have not received all of your order goods within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us to let us know (orders@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk)
Risk of loss
Risk in the goods will pass on to you upon delivery.
Returns
The Little Green Sheep offer a 30 day “no quibbles” guarantee. This means that if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund if you return the item in its original condition (sealed and unopened), within 30 days from the date you received delivery. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. When returning your goods, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and will only refund the costs of postage if the item returned is faulty.
We are only able to accept an item after it has been opened if it is proven faulty, and cannot provide a refund for goods purchased over one month or that have been used or damaged. However, exchanges will be offered whenever possible.

Please note that whilst we take care to ensure that all of the products images, descriptions and specification are correct at the time of going to press, variations may occur in comparison to actual product. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or edit any products, materials or content on this website.
Prices
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. All prices indicated for products are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK addresses only. Non mainland UK and International orders will incur a delivery charge detailed in the “delivery” section of the website.

The products available on this site are for personal use only. You are not permitted to sell or resell any of the products you purchase, without permission from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms an Conditions.
