At its heart, individually responsive pocket springs work alongside carefully selected natural materials to provide balanced support, lasting comfort and excellent breathability. We choose every material with qualities that naturally aids breathability, temperature regulation and airflow to durability and freshness. Tested for harmful chemicals, anti-dust mite and finished with a luxurious quilted herringbone cotton cover. Brought together by hand, carrying two decades of craft in each and every mattress.

Returns policy
You have 30 days to cancel your order under our 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item*. Please make sure any goods are returned in new and unused condition and within the original packaging, unless faulty**
Please make the RMA number (Provided by our CS Team) visible on or inside the parcel to prevent any delays with your refund being processed.
*Excludes: gift vouchers

Returns from UK addresses are FREE. To make a return, please email returns@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk or call 0800 028 1433, with your proof of purchase to receive your returns number and returns label. Returns from outside the UK will still require a returns number and are to be paid by the sender.
Mattresses returns: Please ensure all mattresses are returned in the plastic covering, otherwise we will be unable to process a full refund. Also, note that custom mattresses cannot be returned.
If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the product concerned. We recommend that you stop using the product and we will of course issue a replacement free of charge, as we do require one opportunity to rectify this, in line with statutory rights.
