Questions About Brexit

Can I still order from you for delivery to Europe post-Brexit?

Absolutely! We have continued to ship throughout Europe since Brexit and look forward to receiving your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all European destinations, our delivery time is between 5-10 working days. In some cases, we are experiencing increased delivery times and we recommend you contact DHL on receipt of the customs invoice to avoid delivery delays, or the order being returned to us.

How much should I expect to pay in terms of customs charges and duties?

This varies from country to country, but ranges from €10-€17 (or 2-4% of the advanced amount if higher) + the local customs charges. We would strongly recommend checking locally before placing your order.

I have a query about my invoice, what can I do?

Our customers are now responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom clearance costs, and sadly we have no control over these charges.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact our Customer Service Team ([email protected]) if you have not received your order after 10 working days.

What is the process for custom clearance?

When the goods arrive at your local transport warehouse, you will be contacted by the forwarder and sent an invoice to cover import customs clearance, duties, (if applicable) and VAT. Once this has been paid your goods will then be released and sent to your delivery address.

What is changing on 1 July 2021?

Currently, your order can be received VAT-free if it is valued at €22 or below. However, please be aware that as of 1st July 2021, import duty will be applied on ALL goods. We will then charge VAT at the rate of your EU country of residence at the point-of-sale on the website. This will be determined by the country applied at checkout.
